Include your order number, the reason for the refund, and photos if applicable (for incorrect or damaged orders). Refund Options Upon approval, refunds may be processed through one of the following options, depending on the situation: Store Credit: You may receive a credit that can be used for future purchases. Original Payment Method: A refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. 5. Order Cancellations Orders may only be canceled before they are prepared for dispatch.
